Email sales@ftlwarehouse.com with your packing list, commercial invoice, website listing proof for dispute, pictures, any supporting evidence or documents.

How do I receive a proof of delivery?

Email sales@ftlwarehouse.com any POD request and we will send it once available.

How do I book a quote?

Email sales@ftlwarehouse.com your pick up full business name, address, hours including lunch break, any release #'s, contact person name… same for consignee. We will email you back a quick BOL and book the carrier.

What if I can't track my shipment?

Your pro tracking# also works on carrier's direct websites, for example you can google R+L Carriers tracking and enter the pro#'.
